Defendant Adams Dairy Company appeals from a judgment for plaintiff Audrey Collins rendered on a jury verdict for actual and punitive damages on plaintiff's claim that defendant fraudulently induced her to enter into a franchise agreement. The jury awarded plaintiff $75,000 actual and $95,000 punitive damages. The jury also awarded defendant $12,000 on its counterclaim...
