Plaintiffs sue for damages to land resulting from the erection of a power line by KAMO Electric Corporation, Inc., ("KAMO").1 Plaintiffs prayed for compensatory and punitive damages. The court directed a verdict for KAMO on the issue of punitive damages, and the jury returned a verdict in favor of plaintiffs for $7,500 compensatory damages.
