This case involves the drainage of surface waters over appellants' property. Appellants own an approximate ten-acre tract of crop land which on the south side is bordered by a county road. Rainwater and drainage from nearby rice fields overflowed the road ditches along the county road and ran diagonally through appellants' field, draining from the southeast corner to the northeast corner.
