Plaintiff, Robert Lee Viator, brought this action against Defendant Hellenic Lines, Ltd., pursuant to the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C. § 905(b). Atlantic and Gulf Stevedores, Inc., (Intervenor), who was the Plaintiff's employer at all times relevant to this action, intervened, seeking to recover compensation payments made to the Plaintiff in accordance with the Act.
