CRACRAFT, Judge.

Billy Frank Gross appeals from his conviction of the crimes of murder in the second degree and kidnapping for which he was given consecutive sentences totaling 24 years in the Department of Correction. He contends that the trial court erred in denying two motions for mistrial for misconduct of the prosecuting attorney and in not suppressing the testimony of a police officer who overheard his confession to the killing.
