MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

EDWARD C. REED, Jr., District Judge.

The defendant has moved, pursuant to F.R.Cr.P. 35, to reduce the sentence imposed on January 24, 1983, after his conviction of involuntary manslaughter (18 U.S.C. § 1112). The Court found that the twenty-three year old defendant, a young adult offender, would benefit from treatment as a youth offender under the Federal Youth Corrections Act (YCA), 18 U.S.C. § 5005 et seq.
