CLONINGER, Judge.

In this case, appellees were awarded damages against appellants for the breach of a real estate sales contract. The trial court without a jury found that appellants had breached the contract by refusing to purchase the real estate, and held that appellees were entitled to recover as damages the difference between the contract price and the value of the property as of the date the contract was to be performed.
