These actions tried together are for fraudulent misrepresentation arising out of the sale of a house at Sachem's Head in Guilford. The house's septic tank overflow was piped directly into Long Island Sound. The trial court found for the plaintiffs against the defendants Frank and Charlotte Brinster and awarded them $12,068.69 in compensatory damages and $10,000 in reasonable attorney's fees.
