Appellant appeals the final order of the trial judge awarding insurance proceeds to appellee, wife of the insured, rather than to decedent's minor children by his prior marriage. Because we conclude that the trial judge erred in finding the case controlled by Cadore v. Cadore, 67 So.2d 635 (Fla. 1953), we reverse.
