WILLIAMS v. STATE

No. 82-1452.

429 So.2d 807 (1983)

Andrew Holland WILLIAMS, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

April 13, 1983.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Anthony Calvello, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Stewart J. Bellus, Asst. Atty. Gen., and Debra Mann, Legal Intern, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court's order which denied the defendant's motion to correct his sentence. Our decision is without prejudice to the defendant's right to seek post-conviction relief to vacate the plea. However, we do not express any opinion on the merits of such an application.
