The City of Austin, Texas filed in the county court of Travis County a petition in eminent domain to acquire, for public use, the entirety of three lots owned by Arturo Casiraghi and his wife, Louisa. The lots were within the municipal limits. The principal issue on appeal concerns the legality of the money damages...
