Following a jury trial, Clifford Johnson was convicted of kidnapping, in violation of AS 11.41.300(a)(1)(C)1, and sexual assault in the second degree, in violation of AS 11.41.420.2 The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in refusing to give a lesser included instruction of attempted sexual assault in the second degree...
