This action arises as a result of an incident which occurred on November 24, 1981, at the Charleston Air Force Base Commissary when the plaintiff, Helen M. Denaux, slipped on some produce in the produce section of the commissary and, as a result thereof, fell and fractured her hip. She and her husband, the plaintiff, Raymond L.
