Appellant, a former member of the medical staff of Holy Cross Hospital, a private hospital in Fort Lauderdale, brought an action for compensatory and punitive damages against the hospital as a result of its refusal to reappoint him to that staff. The trial court dismissed Counts IV and V of his third amended complaint with prejudice.1 We reverse and remand.
