SHEA, Justice.

This matter is before the Supreme Court on appeal of the defendant who was found guilty of manslaughter in the death of her four-and-one-half-month-old son, Douglas. The trial justice denied her motion for new trial and sentenced her to imprisonment for a period of twenty years with five years suspended. She has appealed to this court, alleging that erroneous instructions were given by the trial justice to the jury. We affirm the judgment...
