Defendant contends that the trial court erred in denying its motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Defendant's argument is that no allegations in the complaint or in the affidavits submitted by both parties establish defendant had sufficient minimum contacts with the State of North Carolina to satisfy due process requirements of the United States Constitution.
