This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of Vermont, Unit No. 2, Chittenden Circuit, sitting as a juvenile court. Under the Juvenile Procedure Act, 33 V.S.A. §§ 631-667, R.S., L.S., and B.S. were found to be children in need of care or supervision (CHINS). Id. § 654.
