NANGLE, Chief Judge.

This case is now before this Court on defendants Whirlpool and Sears' motion for summary judgment. Defendants contend that the Indiana statute of repose, § 33-1-1.5-51 of the Indiana Product Liability Act, bars the instant action. Plaintiff contends that the statute does not apply. Although defendants' position is interesting, it is without merit.
