Intercounty Title Company of Illinois (Intercounty) appeals from a trial court order entered December 1, 1982, requiring that certain property of Zeus Development Corporation (Zeus) in the possession of Intercounty be turned over to plaintiff, McGinnis Plumbing Company, Inc. (McGinnis).

On September 23, 1982, McGinnis filed a complaint against Zeus for the latter's failure to pay...
