Robert C. Johnson appeals from his conviction by a jury of four felony counts of giving a worthless check. K.S.A. 21-3707.

During the month of June, 1982, four checks were issued by Your Aerobics Fitness Center, Inc., a Kansas corporation, a business enterprise principally owned and managed by Johnson. Three of the checks were issued to Kathryn Lauren Kahn and one to Kay Barrett, both being employees...
