The defendant, Charles Dale Craig, was convicted of robbery in the first degree, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and conspiracy in the second degree. These offenses arose as a result of a bank robbery at the Canterbury branch of the First National Bank of Harrington on December 12, 1980. Craig was also convicted in the same trial of felony theft as the result of a car theft...
