HENDRY, Judge.
Appellant, defendant below, appealed from the entry of final judgment of conviction and sentence following his nolo contendere plea after his motion to suppress evidence was denied. We relinquished jurisdiction to the trial court with directions to hold hearings and take testimony in order to certify to this court whether the motion to suppress was dispositive of the issues in this case.
