The defendant was convicted of second degree burglary, aggravated rape, aggravated assault and aggravated sexual battery. He was sentenced to not less than six (6) nor more than fifteen (15) years, life, not less than three (3) years nor more than nine (9) years and thirty-five (35) years, respectively.
