Margarita Rodriguez as next friend of Mirella Hermosillo, a school-age child, filed suit against the Ysleta Independent School District and its officials alleging that the district's admissions policy prohibited the child from a tuition free public school education since she lives apart from her parent or lawful guardian, even though her residence in the district was established separate and apart from a desire to obtain a free public...
