Appellant was convicted before a jury of the offense of theft of a trade secret and sentenced to confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections for a period of three years. Fourteen grounds of error are presented, but two of them are dispositive of this appeal. These two grounds assert the trial court erred in overruling appellant's motion to quash the indictment.
