This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of the City of Irving.

Members of the City of Irving Fire Department brought suit against the City of Irving for overtime pay they claim entitlement to pursuant to TEX.REV.CIV.STAT. ANN. art. 1269p (Vernon Supp.1982-1983).
