This is a suit to foreclose a mortgage. Defendants Cole, grantees of the mortgaged property, appeal from a summary judgment for plaintiff Pacific First Federal, the mortgagee. They contend that the trial court erred in granting Pacific's motions to strike their affirmative defenses challenging certain provisions of the mortgage documents and in ordering summary judgment for Pacific.
