This is a suit on a written lease agreement. Appellee, Dorothy Jean Young, brought suit against appellants, Anthony Thomas Bifano and Charles Bifano, Jr., individually and d/b/a Bifano Brothers, for the amount of unpaid contractual rental due for the last four months of the lease term.
