This appeal from a defendant's verdict in a wrongful death case presents two questions: whether the trial court committed reversible error in refusing to permit the introduction of the defendant's discovery deposition as substantive evidence for the plaintiff, pursuant to Rule 4:7(a)(3), and whether the trial court erred in striking the evidence of another witness for the plaintiff.
