On April 7, 1980, the defendant, Robert Pyne, was charged with burglary in the second degree in violation of I.C. §§ 18-1401 and Section 18-1402. On September 5, 1980, Pyne was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and one count of misdemeanor bail jumping.
