The defendant appeals from a determination of the Appellate Division of the District Courts on a report from a District Court judge that the defendant was liable to the plaintiff for property damage and personal injuries resulting from a collision between the plaintiff's automobile and a town of Milton snow plow truck driven by the defendant.
