SHORES, Justice.

This is an appeal by the administrator of an estate from a final judgment entered in an interpleader action filed by Jefferson Federal Savings and Loan Association of Birmingham (Jefferson Federal). We affirm.

The circuit court, after a trial, found that, on January 30, 1980, Lecil Flurry opened an account with Jefferson Federal at its Five Points West office, which is in the City of Birmingham. The account was opened with a deposit of $10...
