FERREN, Associate Judge:

A jury convicted appellant, Edward Tuck, of cruelty to animals, namely puppies in his pet store. D.C.Code § 22-801 (1981). The trial court sentenced him to one year's imprisonment but suspended execution of the sentence, imposed two years of supervised probation, and fined him $250. Appellant argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence, since the search warrant for the Humane Society's seizure of the puppies...
