WARD, Justice.

This is an appeal from a jury conviction for murder. The jury assessed punishment at life imprisonment. We affirm.

Co-defendant Andrew Mazur testified on behalf of the State, receiving testimonial immunity. Mazur testified that Appellant stopped at his apartment on the afternoon of May 17, 1981, and invited Mazur to drink beer at the Hondo Pass Lounge.
