This is an antitrust action brought by 32 individual plaintiffs against Gulf Oil Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiary, Bulk Petroleum Corporation. Plaintiffs allege that the defendants engaged in maximum resale price maintenance; illegally tied the sales of gasoline, milk, cigarettes, and related products to gasoline station leases; required plaintiffs to deal exclusively in Bulk's gasoline...
