The claimant, George Smith, alleges that he sustained a back injury when he fell on ice at the place of business of his employer, United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters, Local 149, the respondent. The arbitrator found that the claimant had suffered an accident during the course of his employment, but had failed to prove that his current condition of ill-being was causally connected...
