Appellant Nathaniel Henderson was convicted by a jury for aggravated robbery. V.T.C.A. Penal Code, § 29.03(a)(2). Under the court's instructions on the range of punishment, the jury assessed punishment at confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections for a term of 45 years and a fine of $300.00, on a finding by the jury that a prior felony conviction alleged in the indictment for enhanced punishment was "True".
