This case arises out of the employment of the Plaintiff E.E. Harvey by Permian Production Service, Inc., a corporation owned by the Defendants Don Roberts and wife, Billie Roberts. The Plaintiff claimed that the Defendants and the corporation had engaged in a conspiracy to deprive him of ownership of twenty-five percent of the stock in the company to which he was entitled under an employment contract with Mr. Roberts.
