Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

WILBUR, Judge:

Respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's Federal income tax for the taxable year 1977 in the amount of $43,941.25. Many of the issues have been settled by the parties. The remaining questions are:

(1) The proportion of expenses of a house used for both business and personal purposes allocable to business.

(2) The proportion of certain repairs allocable to business.
