This is an appeal by defendant Eric Johnson from his convictions and sentences for violations of La.R.S. 14:42 (aggravated rape), La.R.S. 14:44 (aggravated kidnapping), and La.R.S. 14:64 (armed robbery).

Defendant was indicted by a grand jury for aggravated rape, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated crime against nature (La. R.S. 14:89.1), and two counts of armed robbery. One of the counts of armed robbery was severed upon defendant's motion...
