This is a personal injury case in which Compugraphic Corporation failed to timely answer an action brought by Margie F. Morgan against it and another defendant, Solutek Corporation. Based solely on testimony from Morgan as to her damages, the trial court rendered judgment against Compugraphic for $200,000.00.
