COVINGTON, Judge.

Defendant, Charles Williams, was tried pursuant to an indictment charging him with the crimes of aggravated rape, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:42, and armed robbery in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64. The jury found Williams guilty as charged on both counts. The Court imposed on Williams a life sentence without benefit of probation, parole or suspension for the aggravated rape, and a twenty-five year sentence for the armed robbery, the sentences imposed...
