This is an appeal from an order of the Family Court modifying the alimony provisions contained in a final divorce decree. The former wife, Josephine Bocchino (Josephine) contends that the trial justice erred in concluding that her former husband, John Bocchino (John), had met the burden of proof on his petition to modify the alimony award but that she had not met the burden of proof on her petition to modify.
