WATKINS, Judge.

Defendant was charged with second degree murder in violation of La.R.S. 14:30.1. After trial by jury, defendant was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to eighteen years at hard labor. La.R.S. 14:31.1 Defendant appealed assigning two errors.

We affirm.
