STOKER, Judge.

The two defendants in this case jointly appeal from a judgment declaring a note issued by the plaintiff to be paid in full and ordering cancellation of an accompanying chattel mortgage. We amend the judgment insofar as it casts defendant Harco National Insurance Company (Harco) for costs and dismiss the suit as to that defendant. In all other respects we affirm.
