SAVOIE, Judge.

Defendant, Robert Hudson, appeals his 10-year sentence at hard labor1 imposed under the habitual offender statute2 for his conviction of simple burglary of a Baton Rouge dress shop in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62. He contends that the sentence is excessive. We find no manifest abuse of the trial court's discretion in imposing this sentence and, therefore, affirm.
