ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

COLLINSON, Senior District Judge.

The defendants in the above-styled case filed a motion to dismiss, or in the alternative for summary judgment, on October 29, 1981. Affidavits accompanied the motion.
