RALEIGH BROWN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction on a plea of nolo contendere for the offense of public lewdness. Punishment was assessed by the court at confinement in the Dallas County Jail for a period of 30 days plus a fine of $350, probated for a period of 12 months. We affirm.
