This is a review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals dated October 26, 1982, which affirmed an order of the circuit court for Brown county, N. Patrick Crooks, circuit judge, which dismissed the appeal of the redevelopment Authority of the City of Green Bay from a condemnation award. We reverse and direct that the cause be remanded to the circuit court for the disposition of the appeal on its merits.
