Defendant appeals from a judgment entered against him for breach of two farm leases. We affirm.

In April, 1972, defendant entered into a written farm lease covering 320 acres with Schulmerich Investments, Inc. (Schulmerich), owner of the land, for a term from October, 1972, through September, 1978.
